As a global leader in distribution, recycling, and manufacturing, we operate in more than 65 countries and continue to invest heavily in digital transformation and operational excellence.\nTo support our global business and ongoing SAP S/4HANA journey, we are looking for an experienced Integration Architect who will define and drive Ravago's enterprise-wide integration strategy and architecture.\nThis is a highly visible role with global impact, offering the opportunity to shape how systems, applications, and data interact across our international landscape.\nYour Role:\nAs Integration Architect, you will be the technical authority for Ravago's Integration Platform and act as the bridge between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology delivery.\nYou will define architecture principles, integration standards, governance models, and strategic roadmaps that enable scalable, secure, and future-proof connectivity across our enterprise applications.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, Enterprise Architects, project teams, and external technology partners, you will ensure our integration landscape supports both local agility and global consistency.\nThis role is part of our Global Enterprise Architecture team and plays a key role in the ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.\nWhat will you do?\nDefine and Drive Integration Strategy\n·Own and evolve Ravago's global integration strategy and target architecture.\n·Develop and maintain the integration roadmap across business domains and regions.\n·Establish architectural standards and best practices for integration solutions.\n·Align integration capabilities with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.\nArchitect the Integration Platform\nDefine the future direction of the SAP Integration Suite and the broader integration landscape.\nGovern technologies including\noSAP Integration Suite\noAPI Management\noEvent Mesh\noTrading Partner Management\noB2B and EDI Integration\noMiddleware and iPaaS solutions\n·Ensure a scalable and sustainable integration architecture across all platforms.\nBuild Integration Standards and Governance\n·Define and manage enterprise integration patterns, including:\n·API-led integration\n·Event-driven architecture\n·Messaging\n·Batch and file-based integration\n·B2B/EDI connectivity\nEstablish standards for\n·API design and lifecycle management\n·Contract-first development\n·Versioning and deprecation\n·Naming conventions and taxonomy\n·Security and authentication\n·Monitoring and observability\nSupport the Global SAP S/4HANA Program\n·Design and govern the integration architecture surrounding SAP S/4HANA.\n·Promote and safeguard clean-core principles.\n·Enable side-by-side extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).\n·Define integration approaches between SAP and surrounding business applications.\nProvide Architectural Leadership\n·Review and guide integration initiatives from inception through delivery.\n·Act as the key decision-maker on integration solution design.\n·Prevent unnecessary point-to-point interfaces and technical complexity.\n·Support architecture governance and decision-making processes across the organization.\nDrive Operational Excellence\n·Participate in incident reviews and post-mortem analyses.\n·Lead architectural remediation activities resulting from production incidents.\n·Reduce technical debt and support the retirement of legacy middleware technologies.\n·Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate Across the Global Organization\n·Partner with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Data Architects, and delivery teams.\n·Collaborate with business stakeholders and regional IT leaders worldwide.\n·Manage strategic relationships with SAP and other technology vendors.\n·Support the development of integration capabilities across internal teams.\nWho are you?\nYou are a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and a passion for building scalable enterprise platforms.
