In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and support excellence of our SAP landscape while leading a team of SAP consultants across multiple business domains.\nYour role:\nAs SAP Run Lead, you are responsible for the operational stability and service delivery of Ravago's global SAP ecosystem. Reporting to the SAP Competence Center Lead, you will act as the driving force behind our SAP Run organization and ensure that business-critical SAP services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in line with agreed service levels.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, SAP experts, and external service providers to guarantee seamless support operations while supporting Ravago's ongoing SAP transformation journey.\nYour responsibilities:\nOperational Stability & Service Delivery\nLead the day-to-day SAP Run organization and ensure optimal service delivery across the SAP landscape.\nSafeguard system availability, performance, and operational continuity.\nEnsure agreed SLAs and business service levels are consistently achieved.\nMinimize downtime and proactively address operational risks.\nOversee the smooth transition of projects, deployments, and enhancements into steady-state operations, including hypercare support.\nIncident & Problem Management\nOwn the end-to-end incident and problem management process.\nCoordinate critical issue resolution and ensure timely escalation when required.\nLead root-cause analysis initiatives and drive structural improvements to prevent recurring incidents.\nEnsure clear communication during major incidents and business disruptions.\nPromote continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and effective knowledge management.\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead, coach, and develop a team of SAP Consultants across multiple process domains.\nFoster collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing within the Run organization.\nCoordinate resource planning, workload distribution, on-call schedules, and peak-period coverage.\nAlign SAP support priorities with business and IT objectives.\nGovernance & Vendor Management\nMonitor SAP and third-party service providers against contractual obligations and service level agreements.\nLead service reviews and manage escalations when commitments are not met.\nEnsure compliance with SAP Competence Center governance, processes, and audit requirements.\nMonitor consumption and capacity against agreed SAP contractual volumetrics.\nReport operational performance, risks, SLA adherence, and improvement initiatives to senior IT leadership and steering committees.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMust-Have Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 6-8 years of experience in SAP application support, managed services, or application management.\nProven track record in incident management, problem management, and service delivery within complex international environments.\nExperience leading or coordinating SAP support teams.\nITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4).\nStrong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow.\nGood understanding of SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end business processes across:Finance (R2R)\nOrder-to-Cash (OTC)\nProcure-to-Pay (PTP)\nManufacturing\nWarehouse & Supply Chain Operations\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.\nExperience managing service providers and operational KPIs.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nNice to Have\nITIL Intermediate or advanced certification.\nSAP functional certifications.\nHands-on troubleshooting experience within SAP modules such as R2R, OTC, PTP, MTD, or WHS.\nExperience within chemicals, plastics, manufacturing, or distribution industries.\nExperience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience testing.\nAdditional European language skills.\nExperience leading executive-level service review meetings.\nWho you are:\nYou are:\nA calm and confident leader during critical incidents.\nService-oriented and committed to delivering an excellent user experience.\nDecisive and able to prioritize in high-pressure situations.\nA strong communicator who can translate technical issues into business impact.\nAn empowering coach who develops people and builds high-performing teams.\nResults-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.\nPragmatic, structured, and focused on operational excellence.\nComfortable balancing daily operational challenges with strategic transformation initiatives.\nWhat You'll Work On:\nYou will operate in an international environment and collaborate closely with:\nGlobal IT Leadership\nSAP Competence Center Leadership\nBusiness Process Owners\nIT Domain Leads\nSAP Consultants and Key Users\nSAP and External Service Providers\nTogether, you'll ensure that Ravago's global SAP platform remains reliable, scalable, and ready to support the continued growth of our business.\nWhy Join Ravago?\nAt Ravago, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in a global SAP transformation within an international organization operating across multiple industries and regions.
