The Styrenics Regional Manager connects people, businesses, plants and functions across Ravago, strengthening collaboration, supporting business opportunities and promoting alignment across the Styrenics Business Unit.\nAs Regional Manager, he/she will be responsible for operations across several countries, including Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary.\nKey responsibilities\nFoster collaboration among businesses, functions, and locations, acting as a connector between local teams and the broader Ravago organization.\nDrive commercial execution in a matrix environment, coordinating sales channels, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver budget and business objectives.\nIdentify growth opportunities and drive business development by understanding market trends, customer needs, and technical requirements.\nMap and monitor the regional market landscape, including customers, products, volumes, pricing dynamics, and emerging trends.\nConduct competitor analyses to assess market positioning, risks, opportunities, and areas for strategic differentiation.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, colleagues, and strategic partners.\nAdvance Ravago's long-term interests across the assigned countries, ensuring alignment between local market opportunities and corporate strategy.\nWhat we are looking for\nStrong commercial acumen and a business-oriented mindset.\nProven sales experience, with a strong track record in business development and delivering results.\nAbility to influence and deliver results without formal authority.\nA collaborative approach, credibility, and strong stakeholder management skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively across Italy and internationally.\nStrategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to execution.\nFluent written and spoken English and Italian.\nPreferred\nA good understanding of polymer businesses, markets, and organizational structures.\nKnowledge of the region's key markets and customer
