RavenPack has launched Bigdata, our Gen-AI platform tailored for finance, which is already being recognized as the #1 platform for powering financial AI agents.\n\nAs an IT Operations Technician within the IT Support team, your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive support across various departments within the company, focusing on improving processes and enhancing on-premises infrastructure and services. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization's ongoing growth by balancing the workload between improvement initiatives and the critical need to service internal customers effectively. You will collaborate closely with key teams including IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, Business Operations, and Office Management.\nThis role offers a hybrid work environment in our Marbella office.\n-\nIn your first month, you will become familiar with our existing IT infrastructure and processes, while also starting to engage with various teams to understand their specific IT needs and challenges. You will begin to take ownership of small implementation projects and start triaging and diagnosing support issues as they arise.\nAfter six months, you will have successfully led implementation projects independently, enhancing our IT services and infrastructure. You will demonstrate proficiency in providing L2/L3 technical support and will be well-versed in onboarding new technologies and services, ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes.\nProvide L2/L3 technical support to internal customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to operations.\nOversee the onboarding and implementation of new technologies and services, contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT operations.\nEnsure compliance with established ISO27001 and SOC2 processes, maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.\nExperience with operating systems maintenance, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS, ensuring optimal performance across platforms.\n2-3 years of experience as L2/3 Technical Support Technician.\nProficient in Google Workspace and Atlassian tools, enhancing team collaboration and productivity.\nFamiliarity with RMM & MDM technologies, contributing to effective device management and support.\nSkills in Powershell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.\nUnderstanding and experience with ITSM tools.\nDemonstrated experience in networking, with a solid understanding of computer networks and their configurations..\n/\nKnowledge of management tools and services such as Ninjaone and Crowdstrike\nFamiliarity with ISO27001 and/or SOC2 would be a plus.
