RavenPack has launched Bigdata, our Gen-AI platform tailored for finance, which is already being recognized as the #1 platform for powering financial AI agents.\n\nEuropean legal working status is required. \n\nAbout the role\nWe process vast amounts of unstructured data through cutting-edge AI and NLP technologies, making information security and regulatory compliance central to our operations and client trust.\nWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Procurement Specialist to own procurement end-to-end across RavenPack. You will be the single point of contact for all purchasing activity: receiving requests from internal teams, leading commercial negotiations with vendors, and coordinating every stakeholder involved until each purchase, renewal, or offboarding is complete.\nRavenPack manages roughly 250-300 vendors, the large majority of them software and SaaS subscriptions used globally. Most requests originate internally, so the focus is on executing them well (securing the right terms, documentation, and approvals) rather than running large market tenders.\nReporting to the CFO, you will work closely with Legal, Compliance, and IT, each of which reviews vendors from its own perspective, and with the requesting teams, who bring the product knowledge. We already operate a modern, AI-driven procurement platform, and you will help refine and build on it as our processes evolve. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, combining day-to-day operational work, such as processing purchase orders, with strategic conversations with department heads and senior leadership.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the single point of contact for procurement requests, from initial intake through to vendor onboarding, contract signature, and renewal.\n\nLead commercial negotiations with software vendors, SaaS providers, and service partners to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.\n\nCoordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and requesting teams throughout the vendor review process, ensuring each team completes its part and requests move forward without delays.\n\nSupport IT Operations in negotiations for larger technical purchases, such as infrastructure.\n\nManage the renewal calendar, engaging department heads ahead of renewal dates to review usage, right-size licenses, and renegotiate where appropriate.\n\nPrepare and process purchase orders and contracts, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.\n\nMaintain vendor records and procurement documentation within the procurement platform.\n\nMonitor vendor performance and manage ongoing supplier relationships, including SLAs where applicable.\n\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities across the vendor portfolio, such as consolidating overlapping tools, removing unused licenses, and improving contract terms.\n\nPrepare reports on procurement activity, spend, and savings for Finance and senior management.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our procurement platform, workflows, and policies.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval processes.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with hands-on ownership of negotiations and vendor relationships.\n\nExperience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services.\n\nComfort working with technical teams: you understand the tools people use and can talk to IT and engineering in their language. You don’t need a technical background.\n\nStrong negotiation skills, with concrete examples of savings you drove yourself.\n\nA proactive mindset: you look for opportunities to improve terms and reduce spend without being asked.\n\nConfidence coordinating several stakeholders and holding your own with senior leaders.\n\nStrong organisation: you can manage many renewals and requests at once without things slipping.\n\nExperience with procurement tools or ERP procurement modules, and curiosity about AI-enabled tools.\n\nClear communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.\n\nEligibility to work in Spain.\n\nNice to have\nExposure to security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, or to vendor security reviews.
