You'll run key security processes from start to finish, lead incident investigations and post-mortems, improve how we detect and respond to threats, and help grow junior team members. We want someone who cares about results and reducing risk, not just closing tickets.\nWhat you'll do\nRun vulnerability management for your assigned systems, from scanning and prioritisation through to verified fixes.\n\nLead investigations and post-incident reviews, and make sure follow-up actions get done.\n\nTune detection, endpoint and web application firewall controls to cut noise and raise signal quality.\n\nWork with IT, Cloud, Engineering and Product teams to get fixes delivered.\n\nAutomate repetitive work across identity, ticketing and reporting.\n\nBuild dashboards and reports for the team and for stakeholders.\n\nSupport compliance and audit activities for the controls you own.\n\nMentor junior Security Administrators.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nAt least 3-5 years in security operations, security administration or a similar role.
