highly desirable\n Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in aerospace program/project management within\nmanufacturing.\n Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards\n(AS9100D)\n Should have hands on experience in creating and maintaining GANTT CHARTS using MS\nProjects / MS Excel\n Proven leadership in managing complex aerospace projects with cross-functional teams.\n Excellent communication (Oral & Written), negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:\nProgram Planning & Execution:\n Develop detailed program plans including scope of the project, Work Breakdown Structure,\nschedule, resources, budgets, risk management, and quality objectives aligned with quality\nmanagement systems (e.g., AS9100D).\n Coordinate with cross-functional teams involving engineering, PPC, manufacturing, supply\nchain, quality, and finance to deliver program milestones.\n Manage program lifecycle from concept through development, production, and delivery.\nStakeholder Management:\n Serve as the primary point of communication for project execution among customers, supply\npartners, internal teams and top management to ensure clear communication of program\nstatus, risks, mitigations, change of schedules / impact of change management and related\nissues.\n Facilitate regular status reviews, program risk assessments, and decision-making forums\nwith senior leadership and external customers.\n Resolve conflicts and negotiate trade-offs among competing project demands (quality, cost,\ndelivery).\nRisk & Issue Management:\n Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively using aerospace-specific risk\nmanagement frameworks.\n Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or compliance issues in\nmanufacturing or supply.\n Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions on encountered issues.\n Escalate time, cost and resource overrun as per escalation matrix.\nQuality and Compliance Oversight:\n Oversee adherence to aerospace quality management systems (e.g., AS9100D) and\nregulaatory requirements.\n Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production Engineering, SCM and Quality to ensure\nproduct and process compliance.\n Manage audits, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely closure of corrective\nactions impacting the program.\nFinancial and Resource Management:\n Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.\n Track program cost performance and implement cost control measures.\nTechnical Leadership:\n Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand technical challenges and\nprioritize solutions.\n Facilitate configuration management and change control processes related to manufacturing\nproduct.\n Ensure integration of advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices in program\ndelivery.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\n Maintain comprehensive program documentation including schedules, risk logs, status\nreports, and contracts.\n Prepare and present detailed program reviews and post-project evaluations.\n Ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met, including government and\ncustomer reporting requirements.\n Chairs a cross-functional closure meeting to review delivery against commitments (timelines,\nscope, costs, quality), capture lessons learned and financials, trigger internal closures (ERP,\ninventory, docs), secure customer sign-off and feedback, recognize the team, and produce\nkey outputs like the closure report, lessons document, and handover notes-ensuring\nsystemic
