If you have a passion for baseball and softball, if want to help young athletes achieve their dreams by using what the Pros wear, we invite you to join our team.\nGeneral Overview: The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for co-leading the opening of the all-new Rawlings Brand Store in Foley, AL, and setting the process to ensure an outstanding customer and Rawlings Sales Associate experience. The person in this role, will identify potential operational, associate and customer issues to initiate associate and customer centric solutions. Lastly, he/she will be held accountable for ensuring day-to-day guidelines are followed within the store, including safety, customer service, loss prevention and cash handling policies and procedures.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nLeads associates to provide exceptional customer service.\nMotivates and inspires associates to greater performance, exceeding sales, margin, and customer service goals.\nEmpowers and Engages associates to challenge current performance and initiate continual improvement.\nSelf-Development - Utilizes Rawlings Learning Platform and associates to become a product expert and visionary leader.\nDevelop and Coach - Mentors associates to become product specialists, sales experts, and future leaders. Drives results through people development, \nEnsures merchandising presentation excellence that upholds Rawlings standards\nParticipates in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring for hourly associates. \nCelebrates associate successes - Coaches coworkers for continual improvement.
