You will handle full scale execution of sales/dealer/partner initiatives with internal and external sales teams; you will coordinate all purchase order requests and communicate tracking to internal personnel in sales management team, marketing, inventory planning and customer service.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as liaison between sales and marketing teams to coordinate projects related to the overall company strategy.\nCoordinate execution of brand initiatives.\nPerform duties, such as preparing inventory reports, pricelists maintenance, creation of sales documents, and working with key brand partners. \nAbility to work and develop relationships at the consumer & dealer level while attending tradeshows, and other industry functions.\nConsult with dealers on the product and operation advantages from Rawlings Sports\nManage inventory solutions with promotional deals and key account initiatives.\nWork with sales managers to drive new products to our key sales channel’s accounts.\nUnderstands product knowledge and allocation capabilities to service customer accounts\nQualifications\nUniversity/College degree in Business / Sports Marketing, or related field required.\nProven track record of optimizing sales strategies and customer experience. \nProficient in all Microsoft Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nExceptionally strong writing, analytical, communications and organizational skills.\nMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects at the same time.\nAbility to speak in front of consumers or large audiences at industry events.\nAbility to coordinate a sales project from inception through execution.\nAbility to take direction or work autonomously when needed. \nMotivated self-starter with a positive attitude.\nMust be passionate for both the consumer and sports.\nLegally entitled to work in Canada\n(Note: We do not require Canadian work experience for this role).\nRawlings Sporting Goods Total Compensation Package:\nThe health, well-being and financial stability of our employees are a high priority for us.
