Minimal physical effort required; seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis, handling light materials. Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.\nSafety Hazards:\nOccasional work around a machine shop, different types of machines and cutting tools.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as contracts, reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, athletes, coaches, parents, guardians, internal employees or organizations. Must have proven exceptional written presentation and verbal communication skills.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nStrong math aptitude with ability to interpret data analysis reporting. Ability to apply concepts of engineering level math, algebra and statistics.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
