development.\n\n- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies.\n\n- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.\n\n- Mentor and guide junior Business Development Executives to support team revenue goals.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales / business development.\n\n- Proven track record of achieving consistent quarterly revenue targets.\n\n- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI, and Digital Experience Platforms.\n\n- Strong experience in enterprise sales and complex solution selling.\n\n- Experience managing global sales across US/NA/EMEA markets.\n\n- Strong account management, business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n\n- Excellent communication, storytelling, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.\n\n- Demonstrated experience in new client
