Proven track record in delivering large-scale D365 F&O implementations is a must. \n\nJob Title: Senior Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations \nExperience: 12+ Years \nLocation: Hyderabad \n\nJob Summary: We are looking for a senior-level Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and architecture of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. As a technical authority, you will translate complex functional requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance between deep technical development (approx. 60%) and solution architecture/mentorship (approx. 40%). \n\nThe ideal candidate has over a decade of experience, mastery of the D365 F&O technical framework, and expertise in extending the platform using Azure services, Power Platform, and custom AI agents via Copilot Studio. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies, ensuring all solutions adhere to Microsoft's extension-based, cloud-first best practices. \nCustom Development & AI Extensibility: Develop complex features using X++, C#, and the extension framework. Create and extend AI-powered functionalities by building custom agents in Copilot Studio and integrating with Azure AI Services.\n\nSystem Integration: Architect and build real-time and asynchronous integrations using OData, Custom APIs, Logic Apps, and Dual-write. \nPerformance Engineering & Optimization: Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues. Conduct code reviews and optimize X++ queries, batch processes, and integrations to ensure application health. \nDevOps & Environment Management: Own the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, including build automation, code branching (Git), and release management via Lifecycle Services (LCS). \n\nProjects You'll Work On: \nLeading the technical delivery of multi-country D365 F&O rollouts. \nArchitecting custom AI-powered workflows to automate financial reconciliation and supply chain forecasting. \nBuilding complex, real-time integrations between D365 F&O and third-party logistics, e commerce, and CRM platforms.\n\nRequired Technical Skills and Qualifications:\n12+ years of software development experience, with at least 8 years focused on Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
