Letters: Handle employee requests for HR letters and official employment-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.\nProvident Fund Requests: Handle and coordinate employees' Provident Fund requests in alignment with AMAN policies and procedures.\n What will you need?\nEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\nExperience:\n0-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.\n Technical Proficiency:Ownership\nFunctional Skills\nIdeas presentation and Taking initiative\nContinuous Learning \nCustomer Centricity\nBasic experience in employee benefits and medical insurance administration\nBasic knowledge of payroll processing, Egyptian Labor Law, and social insurance regulations\nBasic experience in coordinating with external vendors and service providers\nBasic Excel skills, with strong attention to detail and data
