Riser - Product Management

• Define and communicate the product vision, and roadmap to align with the company's goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features and enhancements are delivered promptly.
• Work closely with the development team to provide clear guidance, answer questions, and make decisions to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to validate product functionality and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform product strategy and direction.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in agile development teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex requirements
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education
