The role focuses on monitoring manufacturing performance, supporting operational reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the factory environment.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and manage operations data within SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).\nMonitor manufacturing processes and production performance through digital systems and reporting tools.\nSupport the daily operation of manufacturing systems to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and process consistency.\nGenerate and analyze reports related to production efficiency, machine utilization, downtime, scrap rates, and operational KPIs.\nCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify operational issues and process improvement opportunities.\nInvestigate system discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and process deviations, ensuring timely resolution.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within the factory.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering.\nExperience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), SAP MES, SAP ERP, or similar manufacturing systems is considered an asset.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and industrial processes.\nAbility to interpret production data and translate findings into actionable improvements.\nGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nFluency in English, both written and verbal.\nRaycap is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
