The role ensures that manufactured components meet design specifications, supervises and supports staff, coordinates schedules, addresses equipment and process issues, and contributes to continuous improvement of workflows and quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise Machine Shop Team Leaders and machine operators to ensure components are produced according to design specifications.\nOrganize and monitor the shift schedule and act as a technical advisor to Team Leaders.\nCoordinate with supervisors of other departments to resolve production flow issues.\nEvaluate the performance of subordinate employees.\nConduct time studies and cost analysis to support process optimization.\nEnsure all documentation (production drawings, BOMs, production orders) is accurate, up to date, and properly understood by the team.\nAddress equipment needs and follows up on maintenance or repair requirements.\nTroubleshoot and resolve in-process production issues.\nTrain new employees and assist in facility layout improvements and workflow optimization.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required (Polytechnic School).\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably machine shop)\nKnowledge of sheet metal and solid-part processing equipment.\nExcellent command of English (oral and written).\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is considered a plus.\nAbility to work on rotating shifts.\nRaycap is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
