are looking for a Site Engineer to join our technical team and supervise field operations for the installation and configuration of IoT telematics, and vehicle-related devices.\n\nKey Responsibilities· Supervise and coordinate the daily work of 3 field technicians.\n· Visit customer sites and oversee installation activities.\n· Configure and commission IoT, telematics, and electronic devices according to the required specifications.\n· Ensure that devices are correctly installed, connected, configured, and tested.\n· Troubleshoot basic installation and configuration issues.\n· Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding site activities and technical requirements.\n· Prepare basic site reports and document completed installations.\n· Ensure technicians follow proper installation procedures and safety requirements.\n· Monitor the quality and progress of field work and ensure deadlines are met.\n· Learn and apply the technical procedures and configuration methods provided through company training.\n\nFull technical training on our products, devices, and configuration procedures will be provided.\nRequirements\n· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Communications, or a related field.\n· 0–2 years of experience in a technical, field engineering, IoT, automotive electronics, or similar role.\n· Intermediate or higher level of English.\n· Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and wiring.\n· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n· Ability to supervise and coordinate a small technical team.\n· Willingness to work at customer sites and travel when required.\n· Good communication and organizational skills.\n· Willingness and ability to learn new technical products and
