It has about $11 million in ARR and a team of about 60, and it is growing quickly.\nThe role\nRaydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. You will lead the company's AI efforts and set their technical direction, working directly with the founding team and the head of engineering. The AI roadmap includes a conversational assistant for running a compliance program, AI review of incoming communications, and a push toward a fully agentic product.
