customer insight to improve agent workflows and help accounts expand after launch.\nBuild trusted relationships with executive stakeholders through polished, professional communication.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing consulting, business operations, operations, product management, or founder role.\nExperience implementing enterprise software for customers.\nStrong executive communication skills and professional English fluency.\nHands-on comfort with LLM APIs, JSON, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and SaaS tools.\nAbility to move from a customer workflow to an actionable AI agent design.\nWillingness to work 60 to 65 hours per week and travel about 30% of the time on short notice.\nBonus points\nExperience with logistics or other complex operational workflows.\nExperience supporting enterprise customer deployments from discovery through go-live.\nExperience working alongside technical
