Support the leadership office of a fast-moving company by tracking projects, building analytics and reporting, and running cross-functional initiatives. The role suits a sharp, organized generalist who keeps loose ends under control and briefs senior leaders clearly and quickly.\nWhat you'll do\n- Track infrastructure and construction spending, including vendor invoices, payments and cost breakdowns, so leaders can get current updates on request.\n- Build people analytics and dashboards covering hiring, retention and attrition, then turn the findings into executive presentations and internal programs.\n- Coordinate cross-functional special projects, including a brand refresh, using trackers that keep leadership informed.\n- Automate and analyze data across internal business systems to streamline onboarding, recruiting and operations.\n- Explain technical work to executives, partners and academic contacts, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 0 to 4 years of experience in a consulting, business operations, analytics or sales development role, ideally at a high-growth startup or a junior consulting firm.\n- Bachelor's degree from a highly ranked university, with a technical degree preferred.\n- Extremely detail-oriented and analytical, with strong spreadsheet skills and experience building decks and managing projects.\n- Polished, executive-ready communicator comfortable with senior executives, investors and external stakeholders.\n- Financial analysis and business analytics skills.\n- Low ego, comfortable moving between entry-level and senior-level work in an intense, fast-paced environment.\n- U.S. citizenship required.\nBonus points\n- Former college athletes are a plus.\n- New graduates are welcome to apply.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Salary: $100K -
