Serve as a post-sale partner to customer legal departments, guiding them through setup, adoption and ongoing value from a software product. The role draws on legal operations knowledge and customer success work, with some training, teaching and travel.\nWhat you'll do\n- Run onboarding and enablement for customers after the sale so their teams adopt the product well.\n- Identify customer challenges and shape tailored projects and workflows that strengthen their operations.\n- Expand existing accounts by demonstrating ongoing value and deepening relationships.\n- Teach courses and present at conferences to educate customers on features and good practice.\n- Work with sales and product colleagues to pass customer insights back into planning.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- At least four years in a legal-adjacent advisory or operations field;
