Work alongside customers and fellow engineers to release working code quickly, covering rollouts, trials and technical meetings while bringing field feedback back into the product. The role suits a generalist who enjoys hands-on building and client-facing work.\nWhat you'll do\n- Manage rollouts and proof-of-concept trials, then fix connection problems inside client systems.\n- Host technical meetings for client security and IT groups.\n- Carry new capabilities and connectors from first design through to release.\n- Solve a broad mix of hands-on engineering challenges common to a young, rapidly growing product.\n- Convert customer input into product updates and deliver them back to users within a few weeks.\n- Move to whichever task matters most each week, since the team does not divide work into fixed areas.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Two to five years of professional engineering work, including releasing software at a high-performing technology firm or an ambitious startup.\n- Candidates from a smaller startup are considered when other accomplishments stand out, such as a top internship or a hard technical project.\n- Customer-facing engineering experience, such as forward deployed, solutions or sales engineering, or working directly with customers as a founding engineer.\n- Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript, or another comparable modern language.\n- Solid grounding in computer science, covering system design, data storage and growing systems.\nBonus points\n- Familiarity with security, identity or corporate IT environments.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Salary: $187K -
