# Forward Deployed Engineer

This role combines hands-on engineering with direct, day-to-day work alongside the people who rely on the systems being built. You will take a technical project from first build through to production use, creating language model workflows, retrieval pipelines and agent configurations, and you will shape each solution around the practical needs that surface during delivery. What you'll do - Design and deploy language model workflows and retrieval-based pipelines. - Configure autonomous AI agents for specific operational tasks. - Work directly with customers to scope their needs and turn them into working technical solutions. - Take responsibility for delivery of each engagement, from initial build through to production use. - Travel to customer sites as engagements require.
