to learn how daily operations really function, including edge cases and unofficial shortcuts.\n- Convert loosely defined business challenges into structured automated workflows with clear targets, safety controls and test criteria.\n- Create working prototypes and production-ready software, then help users adopt it through instruction and direct support.\n- Run discovery sessions, collect requirements and produce proofs of concept that can move into production.\n- Share analysis and outcomes with senior leaders.\n- Agree measurable targets with client leadership and monitor improvement once the solution is live.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Clear communication and analytical skills, including briefing senior executives and explaining technical ideas to varied audiences.\n- Thorough, evidence-based reasoning and quick ramp-up in unfamiliar subject areas.\n- Proficiency in Python or SQL and experience integrating with web APIs.\n- A proven history of delivering software that users depend on in live settings.\n- A practical grasp of how large language models behave.\n- Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools and hands-on experience building with LLMs, covering prompt design, autonomous software components and evaluation.\n- Experience tackling difficult, unclear problems for leadership audiences and seeing them through to results.\n- Self-driven, accountable, pragmatic and quick-moving, with willingness to work long hours and weekends.\n- Background markers such as a prestigious academic institution or employer, or standout
