What you'll do - Spend time inside client departments to learn how daily operations really function, including edge cases and unofficial shortcuts. - Convert loosely defined business challenges into structured automated workflows with clear targets, safety controls and test criteria. - Create working prototypes and production-ready software, then help users adopt it through instruction and direct support. - Run discovery sessions, collect requirements and produce proofs of concept that can move into production. - Share analysis and outcomes with senior leaders. - Agree measurable targets with client leadership and monitor improvement once the solution is live.
