This is a Palantir-style forward deployed engineering role: you are not writing decks, you are building running systems that compound across an entire portfolio.\nWhat You Will Do\nEmbed with portfolio companies to learn how they operate and identify the two or three highest-leverage workflows for agentic software.\nBuild integrations, prompts, evaluations and UI surfaces to land the first agentic loop at each company on the core platform.\nOperate and tune deployed systems after launch and hand off cleanly to portfolio operations once stable.\nBe the technical face of the company to portfolio general managers, building trust and setting expectations.\nBring patterns back to headquarters and codify them into reusable playbooks.\nRequirements\nWhat We Are Looking For\nThree to six years in full-stack, customer-facing software or product engineering, or forward deployed engineering.
