Build a field sales and partnerships function, owning non-paid growth channels and leading a regional team while personally proving new markets.\nWhat you'll do\n- Define territories, targets, team structure, and a repeatable field sales playbook.\n- Build referral relationships with medical practices, health systems, schools, and community partners.\n- Coach and scale a regional sales team against measurable goals.\n- Launch and test new markets and partnership channels personally.\n- Create pipeline reporting and forecasting and coordinate with clinical and operations teams.\n- Represent the business at conferences, community events, and provider meetings.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 4 to 7 years in sales, growth, or go-to-market roles with hands-on execution.\n- Experience building or scaling a sales-driven channel from an early stage.\n- Direct outbound sales, partner acquisition, and quota ownership experience.\n- Ability to coach a team while independently testing new channels.\n- Strong reporting, forecasting, and relationship-building skills.\nBonus points\n- Healthcare or pediatric practice sales experience.\n- Startup experience or a consulting or finance background followed by operating roles.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Base salary: USD 170,000 to 220,000 per year.\n- Equity: Stock options are included, with terms discussed during the offer process.\nLocation and work model\n- Daily onsite work in New York.
