Design and build AI-driven systems along with the user-facing applications that sit on top of them, spanning backend services and front-end work. The position is hands-on and autonomous, with considerable greenfield development in a small engineering group.\nWhat you'll do\n- Develop autonomous agent systems, including memory and iterative self-improvement mechanisms.\n- Create pipelines for model evaluation and for generating artificial training data.\n- Devise grading methods for areas where correct answers are hard to define objectively.\n- Build vector search and retrieval infrastructure that handles heavy traffic.\n- Develop large-scale web crawlers that gather visual content.\n- Deploy model inference services and expose them through APIs for external users.\n- Improve tooling and infrastructure so that systems stay dependable and responsive.\n- Create internal data-management tools and interfaces for outside specialist reviewers.\n- Design engaging, game-like web features such as quizzes, rankings and incentive flows.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Background in shipping AI products used directly by end users, or time spent at a company built around AI.\n- Practical experience with LLM-based applications, including agent workflows, prompt and context design, embeddings and search indexing.\n- Ability to deliver complete products, from web interfaces to the backend systems that support them.\n- Degree in computer science or a related field.\n- Fluent English.\n- Comfort working in early-stage settings with unclear requirements.\n- Real curiosity about design and visual quality.\n- Inventive approach to building infrastructure for problems with no established playbook.\nBonus points\n- Strong skills in React, TypeScript and Python.\n- Experience at a small engineering organization or a company that scaled quickly.\n- Public code contributions or side projects driven by
