Own the full top-of-funnel process, linking prospecting, outreach and meeting creation into one connected system. Write production-quality code, analyze performance data and run ongoing experiments, working directly with the founders to decide where to invest next.\nWhat you'll do\n- Manage prospect sourcing, enrichment, outreach sequencing and booked meetings across several channels.\n- Connect internal customer data, activity logs and feedback so every interaction informs targeting and revenue attribution.\n- Analyze sales conversations and customer feedback to sharpen messaging and outreach.\n- Design and run continuous tests across audiences, offers, messages and channels.\n- Plan pipeline activity around industry events before, during and after they take place.\n- Research and evaluate new growth channels and bring data-backed proposals to leadership.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, engineering or marketing.\n- Hands-on history delivering multi-stage revenue-generation tooling from concept through launch.\n- Strong critical thinking and a track record of executing projects end to end.\n- Proficiency in writing deployable software, including database queries and integrations with web services.\n- Solid computer science fundamentals.\n- Must qualify as a U.S. person under 22 CFR 120.62, required for export-control compliance.\nBonus points\n- Experience at high-growth technology companies or large technology platforms.\n- STEM degree.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Base salary: $145K -
