The mandate is to scale fulfillment from roughly 50 monthly projects to hundreds while growing the team from seven project leads today to 20+ people by the end of 2026.\nWhat you'll do\nOversee a portfolio of concurrent human-data and market-research projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.\nRun daily operating cadences with project leads and decide where to hire, reallocate resources, or increase focus.\nDesign and improve expert workflows to reduce drop-off and increase fulfillment quality.\nAct as a thought partner to clients on complex scopes, expert calibration, and delivery design.\nUse fulfillment, throughput, drop-off, and resource-allocation data to improve operations.\nGrow client accounts through reliable, high-quality delivery.\nCoach and scale a hands-on team while remaining close to execution.\nRequirements\n4+ years of delivery-operations experience overseeing multiple projects with hard deadlines.\nExperience at a Series A-D or comparable early-stage startup;
