Act as a trusted people advisor to several business departments while also handling day-to-day employee matters. The role blends strategic guidance with hands-on casework, and includes running review and pay processes and supporting audit readiness as the organization expands.\nWhat you'll do\n- Partner with leaders from multiple departments, offering guidance on team structure, hiring plans and individual people matters.\n- Share ownership of the semiannual review cycles and the calibration sessions, then apply the findings to pay strategy.\n- Resolve sensitive employee issues, including investigations, performance concerns, formal improvement plans and leave requests.\n- Guide managers through tough conversations while keeping practices aligned with applicable US employment regulations.\n- Produce workforce dashboards and headcount reports, and contribute to annual budgeting and hiring forecasts during a period of rapid expansion.\n- Assist with HR compliance reviews and customer-driven audits by collecting documentation and taking part in audit discussions.\n- Create and launch initiatives covering employee engagement, retention, talent assessment and organizational change.\n- Use generative AI tools routinely to speed up analysis, research and written communication.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 7 to 10 years preferred, including a stretch in a business partner role.\n- A bachelor's degree.\n- Background in a high-growth technology, software or AI company of mid-size scale.\n- Practical experience with pay planning, talent reviews, performance calibration and employee relations for a US-based workforce.\n- Comfort using AI assistants for research, reporting and drafting messages.\n- Skill at turning people data into recommendations that shape business and pay decisions.\n- Confidence advising and influencing senior executives directly.\n- A stable work history showing steady growth and typical tenure of about 2 years or more in each role.\n- Authorization to work in the
