Own the stability and day-to-day operation of production infrastructure for secure, large-scale software deployments. Partner with engineering and delivery colleagues on design, incident response and automation, including a periodic on-call shift.\nWhat you'll do\n- Build and maintain dependable, scalable services across secure production deployments.\n- Take charge of production health, covering observability, alerts, configuration control and version upgrades.\n- Collaborate with delivery and product engineers on sound, scalable system design.\n- Help investigate, fix and head off production incidents alongside colleagues.\n- Roll out new software releases across production environments and move workloads onto newer infrastructure.\n- Drive automation that removes repetitive manual work, including solutions that use modern AI tooling.\n- Troubleshoot and tune services and infrastructure for lasting stability and growth.\n- Join an on-call rota, about once every 5 to 6 weeks, to support production incidents.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 1 to 5 years in infrastructure engineering or site reliability engineering.\n- Practical experience running dependable, high-scale production environments.\n- Writes production code every day and can pass a live coding exercise;
