Build and refine customer-facing web pages and marketing site features, working alongside a marketing team to test changes and improve conversion. The role starts frontend-focused with a path toward broader full-stack ownership.\nWhat you'll do\n- Build and launch responsive pages and visual updates for a company website using React-based tooling and utility-first styling.\n- Maintain and extend the content management data model so marketing can publish changes with less engineering involvement.\n- Partner with marketing on site experiments, split tests and improvements to the conversion path.\n- Improve loading speed and core page performance across mobile and desktop devices.\n- Expand gradually into full-stack work and ownership of larger parts of the site.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Prior hands-on experience taking front-end screens or product features from development to release in a public-facing web product.\n- Working knowledge of modern React and core web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript or TypeScript.\n- Ability to build responsive, precise layouts that work well across many screen sizes, with mobile traffic being the majority.\n- High ownership and curiosity, with comfort driving problems to completion independently.\n- Interest in growing from frontend work into full-stack engineering rather than a design-focused career.\n- Able to travel up to four times a year for company and team gatherings.\nBonus points\n- Evidence of self-directed initiative through independent projects or public code work.\n- Experience at a fintech, health technology or e-commerce company.\n- Degree from a strong computer science or technical program.\n- Experience with a
