About the company Our client is a law firm. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. This corporate attorney role centers on transactional work and ongoing advisory counsel. The associate prepares and negotiates agreements, leads deal execution, and serves as a direct point of contact for clients with considerable independence.
