The role combines interaction design with hands-on engineering and sets the visual and interaction standard for the whole application. What you'll do - Take features from early sketches and prototypes through to shipped frontend code, then refine them using customer feedback. - Own every user-facing screen of the application and make complex back-office tasks feel simple and quick to complete. - Partner closely with senior leadership and engineering on how people work alongside automated features. - Explore and test new interface patterns for software that takes actions on a user's behalf. - Create reusable components and a shared design system that raise the quality bar across the product. - Speak with end customers to understand their working processes and check design choices against them.
