You will work directly with both co-founders and the Head of Engineering, translating what chief nursing officers, frontline leaders, and chief information officers need into product that ships quickly. There are no layers between customer insight, product judgment, prototyping, and delivery.\nWhat you'll do\nLead customer discovery with health-system executives and frontline operators, then turn ambiguous needs into clear product decisions.\nConnect market feedback directly to the engineering roadmap and own the complete product surface.\nPersonally build, test, and demo prototypes using Figma, Cursor, Replit, v0, and similar AI-assisted tools.\nShape user-facing workflows, backend systems, integrations, and the data models that connect them.\nBuild a coherent product analytics and instrumentation strategy from the ground up.\nFrame product work around customer and business outcomes, not simply features shipped.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n5 to 10 years of product management experience, including explicit health-tech experience.\nA record of shipping as a sole, founding, or highly hands-on product leader in a pre-product-market-fit or early post-product-market-fit startup.\nThe ability to prototype and demonstrate what you build, not only write requirements for others.\nStrong technical fluency across platform architecture, backend tradeoffs, data models, and basic SQL.\nExecutive presence and customer-facing judgment with hospital and health-system stakeholders.\nHigh ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and an outcome-oriented operating style.\nCurrent unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
