Drive product discovery and help set the roadmap for a software platform, partnering closely with senior leadership, engineers and end users. The work combines hands-on product use, customer research and workflow analysis with shaping and shipping features, including light prototyping with AI coding tools. What you'll do - Conduct user interviews and process discovery to inform the roadmap alongside company leaders. - Use the product directly in realistic operating situations and convert what you learn into priorities. - Work with product engineers on requirements and with AI engineers on evaluation approaches and datasets that improve reliability. - Design and build small to medium customer-facing features with the help of coding agents and AI workflows. - Review live workflows to confirm AI systems perform strongly across core finance operations. - Guide interface and experience decisions with a high standard for craft and quality.
