Own and grow an application security program while staying hands-on, with room to move into technical leadership as the company scales. You will build security tooling and processes, lead incident response, and support compliance efforts in a regulated environment.\nWhat you'll do\n- Own and mature the application security program, including tooling, processes and secure development lifecycle practices that fit naturally into how engineers ship code.\n- Partner with engineering to design security architecture for automated AI-driven workflows, protecting data privacy and addressing emerging AI-specific vulnerabilities.\n- Automate security processes, including detection pipelines and vulnerability management, to reduce manual effort.\n- Act as primary incident commander and turn each incident into lasting systemic improvements.\n- Contribute to industry certification efforts and customer-driven security requirements alongside core security work.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 4 to 8 years of experience scaling a security program or architecture at a startup or on new initiatives at a high-growth technology company.\n- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.\n- Deep hands-on application security experience, such as secure code review, threat modeling and penetration testing.\n- Experience in fintech or another regulated B2B software environment.\n- Track record of leading a company through formal security audits and certifications.\n- Strong fundamentals in cloud security.\n- Comfort
