Own electrical system integration for robotic hardware, combining power electronics, sensor integration, and hands-on electromagnetic compatibility work.\nWhat you'll do\n- Design and validate motor drivers, power electronics, and sensor circuits.\n- Define grounding, shielding, filtering, and cable strategies.\n- Integrate sensors and communications at the circuit-board level.\n- Debug hardware and electromagnetic interference in the laboratory.\n- Balance performance, reliability, manufacturing, cost, and schedule across disciplines.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 5 to 12 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.\n- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or a related field.\n- Ownership of electrical hardware from schematic and layout through bring-up, validation, and production.\n- Hands-on EMC/EMI design and debugging experience.\n- Strong PCB layout, power electronics, analog circuit, and system-level design skills.\n- Ability to explain tradeoffs across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and controls teams.\nBonus points\n- Robotics, drones, electric vehicles, or motor-driven system experience.\n- Sensor integration and CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, or RS-485 experience.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Base salary: USD 180,000 to 240,000 per year.\n- Equity: Competitive equity.\n- Relocation support.\nLocation and work model\n- Full-time onsite in San Mateo, in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.\n- Visa support is described for O-1, H-1B, and TN categories;
