Responsibilities include building automated claims workflows, designing reliable API and queue-based systems, modeling healthcare data, managing vendors, making build-versus-buy decisions, and partnering closely with operations.\nRequirements\n2-7 years building and owning third-party platform or data integrations in production.\nEarly-stage startup experience from Seed through Series B, or equivalent startup experience alongside Big Tech.\nExperience with EHR, payment, claims, eligibility, billing, coding, denials, or healthcare data workflows.\nDistributed-systems depth across API design, queues, idempotency, and reconciliation.\nStrong Python and TypeScript experience;
