Design is a core product function, with direct access to customer discovery and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.\nThe role\nAs Senior Product Designer, you will own design end to end for a core product area, turning data-dense, high-stakes financial workflows into clear, trustworthy experiences.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn discovery, interaction design, high-fidelity Figma work and delivery for a core product area.\nLead customer discovery and usability sessions, translating findings into product decisions.\nDesign multi-step automation workflows, dense tables and high-stakes decision screens.\nBuild AI-native experiences, including uncertainty states, streaming content, user intervention and graceful error handling.\nMaintain Figma components and design-system assets as the product grows.\nWork in or alongside code through prototyping, AI-assisted development or contributions to the codebase.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n7+ years of hands-on product design experience, with end-to-end ownership of complex SaaS products.\nStartup or small-team experience shipping real products, alongside experience collaborating within established product design teams.\nA portfolio with at least 2-3 detailed case studies showing high-craft visual and interaction design, clear problems, process, shipped outcomes and measurable impact in B2B workflows.\nDeep Figma proficiency in components, variables, variants, auto-layout, prototyping and library hygiene.\nActive involvement in code or development-environment prototyping, plus enthusiasm for AI-assisted design and development.\nA formal degree and US residence, with availability across US time zones and for domestic client travel.\nBonus points\nFounding designer or design-lead experience at an early-stage company.\nFintech, lending, regulated-industry or document-heavy workflow experience.\nExperience with agentic flows, automation and probabilistic or streaming AI interfaces.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n$170,000-$250,000 annual base salary.\nNo equity is listed for this role.\n100% of medical premiums covered for employees and their families, plus vision and dental coverage.\n401(k), HSA/FSA and flexible time off.\nLocation and work model\nFully remote within the United States, working US time zones.
