Its products are used by hundreds of firms, and the company is hiring its first full-time designer to shape a critical product surface.\nThe role\nWe are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own product design from research through launch. This is an individual-contributor role for a designer who can make complex, data-heavy workflows clear and useful, develop novel AI user experiences, and bring strong points of view to product and engineering decisions.\nWhat you'll do\nLead end-to-end product design for complex software, including tables, dashboards, and data-heavy workflows.\nResearch workflows directly with lawyers and administrative users, then translate findings into clear product opportunities.\nDesign novel AI interactions that make complex work easier without sacrificing user control.\nCreate systematic designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.\nUse AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to explore, refine, and accelerate product work.\nPartner with engineering on tradeoffs and ship polished work from idea through production.\nHelp shape new product lines and product strategy while benefiting from mentorship by a senior design advisor.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n3 to 7 years of product-design experience on real software products.\nA portfolio demonstrating strong work on complex, data-heavy tables, dashboards, or workflows.\nDemonstrated ability to design thoughtful, novel AI user experiences.\nExpert Figma skills, including systematic design work and interactive prototyping.\nAn opinionated, well-reasoned approach to user experience and product decisions.\nStrong collaboration skills and comfort working through engineering tradeoffs.\nBonus points\nExperience designing products for legal, administrative, or other complex professional workflows.\nExperience shaping a new product line or contributing to product strategy.\nStartup experience, ideally combined with experience at a larger technology company.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\nBase salary of $210K to $270K.\nEquity of 0.25% to 0.75%.\nHealth, dental, and vision coverage.\nUnlimited paid time off.\nPaid lunch and dinner on Fridays.\nLocation and work model\nFive days per week in Tribeca, New York City, with occasional remote flexibility.\nMost days run from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.\nFull-time position.\nVisa transfers are
