Serve as the first recruiter on a small team, building a sourcing function from scratch to attract specialized finance talent. The role blends campaign-style outreach, experimentation, tooling and performance analytics, with a high level of autonomy.\nWhat you'll do\n- Guide candidates from first contact through qualification and onboarding, using proactive outreach, incoming interest and referrals.\n- Launch outreach across many channels, such as social platforms, alumni communities and university programs, and compare message variants to find the strongest.\n- Set up and operate your own sourcing automation and messaging tools with little supervision.\n- Monitor pipeline conversion and retention figures so results keep improving.\n- Collaborate with project managers to turn anticipated needs into forward-looking sourcing plans by specialty and experience level.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Roughly 2 to 5 years in talent acquisition or demand-generation work.\n- A background in high-volume sourcing of finance professionals, whether in agencies, in-house teams, campus hiring or search.\n- A track record of running several acquisition channels in parallel rather than only one-to-one hiring.\n- Ability to evaluate and adopt outreach and automation vendors on your own.\n- A self-motivated, resourceful approach, ready to create new processes unprompted.\n- Comfort with analytics: you pull your own reports and let the numbers guide your choices.\n- Ability to work on-site five days a week.\nBonus points\n- Marketing and copywriting skills, including writing top-of-funnel recruiting content.\n- Experience at finance-focused or finance-adjacent startups.\nBenefits\nCompensation and
