Put autonomy features onto production work vehicles and move them from early prototype to dependable field performance. The role leads hardware and software bring-up for new vehicle platforms and supports deployments at industrial sites.\nWhat you'll do\n- Put autonomy features onto production work vehicles and carry them from early prototype to reliable operation.\n- Be accountable for how the hardware and software parts of a vehicle work together and behave correctly during testing.\n- Lead bring-up work for new vehicle platforms, covering device setup, calibration and performance tuning across several manufacturers.\n- Build diagnostics, validation criteria and release gates that confirm a growing fleet in several countries is ready for production use.\n- Partner with adjacent engineering, field operations and safety colleagues to make autonomous behavior dependable in demanding industrial environments.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- Hands-on record of putting autonomous software onto working vehicles in the field.\n- Track record of taking an early machine design through to volume use.\n- Strong Python and C++ programming skills.\n- Experience with Linux-based robotics systems.\n- A bachelor's degree in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.\n- Willingness to travel up to 15% to customer sites.\nBonus points\n- Experience with perception interfaces and camera pipelines.\n- Experience with sensor fusion, calibration workflows or vehicle CAN interfaces.\n- A graduate degree in robotics or a closely related discipline.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Base salary: USD 185,000 to 213,000 per
