Excellent data structures and algorithms fundamentals, including the ability to solve coding problems without AI assistance. Experience designing large-scale distributed systems. Strong product judgment, communication, and comfort in a high-growth environment. Daily proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools. Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud Platform experience is helpful.\nBenefits\nBase salary of $210,000 to $300,000 depending on level and experience, competitive equity, comprehensive benefits, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave. Full-time remote work within the United States, with optional office access in New York City and San Francisco.
