About the company Our client is a fast-growing financial technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and extend backend-focused features for a web application, working alongside founders to shape system design, mentor peers and take clear ownership of a product area from the ground up. What you'll do - Design and build core product features with broad scope and independence, alongside the founding leadership. - Ship large feature work that drives direct business growth. - Review code and technical designs to raise the quality of the whole engineering team. - Become the go-to owner for a major part of the product. - Interview, onboard and coach new engineers as the team expands.
