About the company Our client is a fast-growing software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the recruiting function end to end for a growing organization, covering engineering, client-facing, sales and product hiring. Work alongside hiring managers, find and engage passive talent directly, and oversee outside search partners. Also take on a modest amount of people operations work. What you'll do - Manage every open requisition through the whole process, from the first conversation to an accepted offer. - Partner with hiring managers to build a scorecard for each new role and organize structured interview rounds. - Conduct reference checks for every hire. - Identify and approach strong candidates who are not actively looking, using modern sourcing tools. - Oversee agencies, external recruiters and executive search firms, holding them to a high standard. - Handle a small share of people operations, including immigration paperwork, payroll and benefits setup. - Eventually supervise and coach a junior recruiter.
