This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real decision rights, not a backlog management job, in a market worth roughly $2 trillion.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn a product pod from customer discovery with lenders and operations teams through roadmap, delivery and post-launch iteration.\nBridge engineering, design and the business, turning customer needs into clear specs and architecture decisions.\nPrototype and validate ideas with AI coding tools so engineers get concrete starting points.\nDefine success metrics for every initiative and keep iterating until outcomes are achieved.\nPartner with Sales and Customer Success on positioning and deal cycles for your product area.\nRequirements\nWhat We Are Looking For\nFive to ten years of product management or closely related experience, such as forward-deployed engineering, as an individual contributor.\nB2B SaaS experience at a startup or growth-stage company, shipping in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.\nDemonstrated zero-to-one ownership. Ex-founders are strongly preferred.\nTechnical fluency to prototype with AI coding tools, read a codebase and contribute to architecture discussions.\nExperience working with and building third-party integrations.\nSpecs and async documents that engineers actually read.\nBonus Points\nExperience in a regulated industry such as mortgage, lending, insurtech or healthcare.\nA software engineering or forward-deployed engineering background.\nWorking knowledge of LLM concepts and experience shipping AI-powered features.\nBenefits\nCompensation and Benefits\n$170,000-$250,000 base salary plus competitive equity, higher for exceptional candidates.\nLocation and Work Model\nRemote within the United States. You must be US-based and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
