This is an individual contributor position covering technical design, integration delivery, launch, and post-launch support.\nWhat you'll do\n- Lead technical onboarding from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.\n- Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and authentication flows.\n- Translate e-invoicing and indirect-tax requirements into API integration designs.\n- Work with enterprise customer teams and run technical project discussions.\n- Provide structured implementation feedback to product and engineering.\n- Attend customer onsite visits when needed.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n- 3 to 6 years of relevant post-sales solutions or implementation experience.\n- Hands-on API integration experience beyond configuring prebuilt connectors.\n- Experience integrating ERP, billing, or financial systems for enterprise customers.\n- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.\n- A bachelor's degree.\n- Comfort owning delivery as an individual contributor without direct reports.\nBonus points\n- VAT, GST, or e-invoicing knowledge.\n- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or API company.\n- Payments, accounting, or fintech experience.\nBenefits\nCompensation and benefits\n- Base salary: USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year.\n- Equity: Competitive equity.\nLocation and work model\n- New York or San Francisco, United States.\n- Hybrid work with office attendance required;
