Serve as the technical lead within the sales process, guiding prospects from an initial demo through evaluation and pilot. Build tailored demonstrations and workshops, work closely with account executives, and coach junior colleagues. Regular customer travel is part of the job. What you'll do - Own the technical side of the sales cycle, from initial demo through business case development, evaluation positioning and pilot delivery. - Design and build custom demos, workshops and pilots matched to each prospect's day-to-day workflows. - Partner with account executives and customer champions to support value-based selling and win new business. - Run technical evaluations and demo sessions with clear, persuasive storytelling. - Mentor and manage early-career team members who assist during evaluations. - Write scripts and configure integrations to support customized prospect engagements. - Travel 25-50% for on-site presentations and workshops.
